Who we are
Equine Herbology supplies herbal and nutritional feed supplements for horses in the United Kingdom. You can contact us by email at Equineherbology@hotmail.com or by telephone on 01995 672464.

We collect only what we need to run the shop:
- Order details: your name, delivery address, email address and telephone number, and the items you have bought.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Email subscriptions: if you sign up for our newsletter we store your email address with our email provider, Mailchimp.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, telephone or the contact form on this site.
- Basic technical data such as pages viewed, used to keep the site working and to understand which guides are useful.
How we use your information
- To take payment, pack and deliver your order, and keep records of it.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To send marketing emails where you have asked us to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order and run the site, including our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider (Mailchimp), our hosting and database provider, and delivery carriers. Each of these handles your information on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to certain uses. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
