Chamomile flowers have been fed for generations to sharp or sensitive horses, and around travel, shows, box rest and changes in routine. They sit alongside consistent handling, turnout and good forage rather than replacing them.
Feeding notes
Feed the flowers damp so they are easier to eat and less likely to be sorted out of the feed. Introduce over several days and keep the routine consistent. Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from light to protect the flower quality.
